Fortress, blood money lenders to HLS - Week of Action
21- 27th June
In 2006
the Fortress Investment Group entered into a "secret" arrangement
with Huntingdon Life Sciences, and loaned them $70million.
If Fortress had not loaned them $70m, HLS would have closed in 2006; none
of this suffering would have taken place. If they were to withdraw their
loan now, it is highly likely HLS would be forced to close. If ever there
was a time for action, it is now. If ever there was a vital target it is
Fortress. Now it's payback time!
Please arrange a demo against the funders of death. More information and global targets: http://www.shac.net/action/fortress/index.html

March Against The Murderers
ON SAT 3RD JULY 2010
Meet @ 12noon, Centenary Square, Bradford
The University of Bradford continue to conduct cruel and viscous experiments on animals inside their laboratories at the Great Horton Road Campus. These labs have been exposed twice, which has revealed continued testing of recreational substances, including cocaine, ketamine and PCP on animals.
There is no reason for this vivisection to continue, so join us on July 3rd to March Against the Murderers and call for a closure of the Bradford animal labs.
Speakers to be confirmed

Wickham Labs Annual Demo
Annual demonstration against Wickham laboratory to be held on Saturday 25 September 2010. Meet at mid-day in Mill Lane car-park in Wickham, Hampshire, PO17 5HY.
Wickham Research laboratory is currently being investigated by the Home Office for animal cruelty after a 8 month undercover operation by the BUAV, of which it is understood that the Home Office could soon reach its findings. Winchester City Council last year refused a planning application by Wickham labs to build new laboratories at Torbay Farm, Lower Upham, Hampshire, the laboratory has appealed against the refusal. It is now even more important to support this annual demonstration / protest to highlight the objections of the usage of the LD50 Test used within Wickham Research Laboratory.
Weekly demonstrations also continue outside Wickham labs.
