ARUK 2009 is the national gathering of the grass roots animal rights movement. This year's gathering will take place in the East Midlands, on private land near Northampton . It's a chance for activists from throughout the country to get together and take stock of where we are and make plans for the future.
This
year the gathering will take place over the Summer Bank Holiday weekend,
giving us a long weekend which will include a timetable of workshops, talks,
discussions and films on a wide range of topics connected to animal rights
activism, and also some practical workshops and activities allowing us to
share and learn new skills.
